Builder.ai offers a smooth and efficient way to handle intricate tech projects. They keep everything transparent throughout the entire delivery process. The project management crew is super experienced, making sure there's total clarity on the product roadmap thanks to their know-how and skills. This way, both the developers and the client are on the same page, making the whole delivery and execution process a breeze. The project management team also strikes a good balance between requirements and execution, ensuring that the final product meets the client's expectations.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could help it. They take ages to get back to you and do online demos through Zoom. They seem like a friendly and professional crew from India, claiming to have an office in London. However, their landline never works, and I can't reach the same salesperson anymore. I agreed to a £2K deal in 24 monthly payments, but I've noticed they're trying to charge my business card twice a month, which adds up to a whopping £4800 in just a year and a half. Seriously, don’t waste your time and cash on these folks.

This place is a total scam! They grab your cash and promise to send you an email, but you never hear a peep from them. Nothing gets going, and after months, they keep charging you while there's no website or app in sight. Just steer clear!!!

I've lost track of how many times I've requested to be removed from their mailing list. There's never an option to unsubscribe, so I reckon the information commissioner's office might be our next move.
